Currently, I have a few side projects building Chrome extensions using VSCode’s core libraries. First is a fully automated algorithmic trading platform that uses a Chrome extension to control Robinhood and several information streams doing real time market intelligence using AI. [0] The second is recreating the Playwright / Puppeteer client API to use Chrome extension APIs and DOM APIs without the Chrome DevTools Protocol. I call it Cordyceps. [1]

I'm a data scientist with 20+ years experience who enjoys gnarly, avant-garde problems. I saved a well known German automaker from lemon law recalls. I've worked with a major cloud vendor to predict when servers would fail, allowing them to load shed in time.

Full stack web dev here with a bias towards the backend. On my own time I prefer to use python for web work and GDScript/Godot for game dev, but I'm a big proponent of using the right tools for the job. I'm good at turning domain knowledge into software and quickly getting up to speed on preexisting code bases. Ideally looking for a role doing something socially conscious.
* At my last job I led a team and helped build a Windows desktop app that pulled data from native node modules and added overlays to games. I used Electron, Node, Typescript, React, and Redux to build it, AWS for CI/deployments, and finally TrackJS and Sentry for logging/monitoring. I also started learning Rust from working with other engineers on the native node modules.
