This is reading very SEO-ish. It’s basically profiles on top of AutoHotKey, do we really need such long descriptions for obvious features like “Edit profile”, “Delete profile”, and so on?

That's why i put it on additional features. The key features is the main features and additional features is other features that exist.
Though it's true i can simplify it with "Manage Profile" but if i can describe it more why not do that.
